Karuna® Reiki Master is the highest level of Karuna® Reiki training, designed for experienced Reiki practitioners who feel ready to deepen their connection with the compassionate energy of Karuna® and step into the role of teacher.
Building on the foundations of Karuna® Reiki Practitioner, this advanced training invites you to explore a deeper level of compassion, wisdom, presence and service.
It is a journey from practising Karuna® Reiki to embodying its principles and becoming a conscious channel for their transmission.
Through teachings, meditation, practical exercises and initiations, you will deepen your understanding of the Karuna® system and learn how to initiate and teach future Karuna® Reiki practitioners.

From practitioner to Master
Karuna® Reiki Master is not simply about learning how to teach a new system.
It is an invitation to embody the qualities at the heart of Karuna® Reiki: compassion, loving presence, wisdom and service.
The journey towards mastery asks you to continue your own inner work while becoming a space-holder for the transformation of others.
As a Master, you are not expected to have all the answers.
You are invited to remain a student of the path — listening, learning, practising and allowing your own experience to inform the way you teach and accompany others.
The art of Karuna® transmission
One of the central aspects of this training is learning how to transmit the Karuna® Reiki energy through initiation.
You will explore the preparation, intention and process involved in initiating future Karuna® Reiki practitioners.
The purpose is not simply to reproduce a training programme.
It is to understand what you are transmitting and to become a conscious and responsible link in the Karuna® Reiki lineage.
A path of wisdom and service
At Master level, Karuna® Reiki becomes a deeper commitment to service.
Service does not mean giving yourself endlessly to others. It means learning to be present, grounded and aligned while sharing what you have received.
Through this training, you will be invited to reflect on what it means to carry the responsibility of a Karuna® Reiki Master and to embody compassion in your teaching, your practice and your everyday life.
Mastery is not about perfection.
It is about presence, awareness, compassion and embodiment.
