Reiki Level 4 is the natural continuation of your Reiki journey — an invitation to move from personal mastery into teaching, transmission and conscious responsibility.
Building on the foundations of Reiki Levels 1, 2 and 3, this advanced training prepares you to share the Reiki teachings with others and to accompany students through their own Reiki journey.
Becoming a Reiki Master Teacher is not simply about learning how to teach a method.
It is about embodying the practice, understanding the responsibility of transmission and developing the confidence, clarity and presence needed to guide others with integrity.

From practitioner to teacher
Becoming a Reiki Master Teacher marks a profound transition.
Until now, your journey has primarily been about learning, practising and deepening your own relationship with Reiki.
At Level 4, you are invited to take another step: to become a space-holder for the journey of others.
Teaching Reiki requires more than knowledge.
It calls for presence, humility, clarity, listening and the ability to adapt your teaching to the people in front of you.
The art of Reiki transmission
One of the central aspects of this training is the practice of Reiki initiations (attunements).
You will learn how to prepare for, facilitate and integrate the initiation process, while developing a deeper understanding of the intention and responsibility involved in Reiki transmission.
You will also explore how to communicate the teachings, demonstrate the practices and create meaningful learning experiences for your future students.
The goal is not simply to reproduce a training programme.
It is to understand what you are transmitting — and to become a conscious and responsible link in the Reiki lineage.
A path of responsibility and transmission
Being a Reiki Master Teacher is a commitment to continue learning while sharing what you have received.
It is an invitation to embody the Reiki principles not only during a session or a training, but in everyday life.
Your role is not to have all the answers.
